  • Question about payouts!

    Hello all!
I'm new here and new to binary options as-well, although I do have some prior experience trading. I've been researching the viability of binary options and I cant seem to figure out how the "payout" is calculated. Do they calculate it based on what positions other traders are taking? Could anybody shed some light on this for me?
    Thanks so much,
    Greg

Hi ghotk, the payout is calculated by the broker. They calculate it so that they always have a slight advantage. So indirectly, yes the payout is calculated based on the positions opposite you that are taken. The broker is in it to make money, kind of like a casino, but the odds are more in your favor. The payout comes directly out of the brokers pocket and when you lose that money goes directly to the broker. I hope this helps,

Better to know what payout options and how ofthen do they plan to pay as well. Cause for example if you don't have much capital and it's like monthly or few times in a year it's not that good that if it will be weekly for example. Information about which you should also be worried.
